The UEG Code of Conduct is a framework for all employees across subsidiaries to act in accordance
with the principles defined by the Management. United Energy Pakistan, as part of the UEG group, is
governed by the same code. It is the responsibility of every employee to uphold the values of the Code
of Conduct (CoC) and act with integrity to protect and safeguard the reputation of the organization and
drive the culture. It is mandatory for all permanent employees to complete the online e-learning module
on CoC.
